Outreach Report

As a church, we strive to support various mission groups both within the community and internationally. We tithe ~10% of our offering to support these different missions. Outside of our tithes, our support also included tangible items, including 70+ Thanksgiving meals and 60 grocery gift cards provided via our November food drive; additionally, we were able to collect 55 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child!  

Throughout 2025, we were able to support mission groups worldwide with your faithful giving and prayers. Below are some highlights from 2025 that we received from our mission groups.

International Outreach:

Africans Reaching Africa

Northern & Western countries of Africa
  • Over 450 adults came to faith in Christ.
  • Almost 9 million people viewed our Facebook ads, which share clips of the Jesus film, Bible verses and more.
  • Over 250 local leaders, from the areas where our missionaries serve, are being trained to serve as volunteer house church pastors, elders and evangelists.

Rotolu Children's Home

Igbaja, Nigeria

Julius & Mary Lawal

  • For the first time, Bandits came very close to our community recently. A number of people were taken for ransom, but we were not touched.
  • Our children are doing fine in their academic pursuits.
  • Several boys who finished from Rotolu are now full-time pastors. 

Storge (Construyendo Familias Sana)

Dominican Republic
  • The car is paid off thanks to LGCC, which means he has a reliable car to move around.
  • Diomedes will be coaching pastors in two different towns, helping them become spiritually healthy and discover their mission, values, and vision.
  • Planting a new church in the town of La Romana.

Chennai, India

Martin Alphonse

  • We laid the foundation stone for the construction of our new Providence Elementary School Building.
  • The Elementary School enrollment reached 115 girls, exceeding the government's minimum requirement.
  • 8 girls graduated High School and started college, 7 graduated from college.

New International

Edinburg, Scottland

Drew & Christine VanTiem

  • Christine's leadership in the Third Culture Kid (TCK) Care team is continuing to strengthen, and the team's influence within the organization is growing.
  • The TCK team began offering debriefs to families. The goal is to create a healthy and sustainable family rhythm.
  • Drew received training in two new skill sets to use in ministry - chaplaincy and meditation.

Pete Sanderlin

  • The biggest highlight was to help 30 applicants become accepted by TeachBeyond.
  • We were serving 41,000 learners, almost twice as many as the previous year.
  • We also continue to add several new countries each year and are approaching ministering in 90 countries.

Mission Impact

San Pedro El Alto, Guatemala

Kathy Dostal

  • After a larger earthquake near the Health Center that houses our nursing school, Mission Impact was able to help restore water to the entire community.
  • Kathy was able to assist the writing of a proposal for our ministry site that has been accepted by an outside Christian University in the states.
  • A personal highlight was revamping and updating our leader's manual.

Riverside Children's Home

Myanmar
  • We bought land next to our property to grow vegetables for us and to sell to locals for additional income. 
  • We also preach the gospel in our community and baptized 3 people last year. 
  • We continue to provide physical, emotional, and knowledge of Christ to our children.

Local Outreach:

Deer Ridge Ministries

Freeport, IL

David & Louise Decker

  • We now have 10 couples who come to help us host retreats. 
  • We still feel such joy in providing this ministry for so many.
  • We paid down one of our mortgages in 2025. In nine months, we were able to pay down $90k.

Faith Acres

Lake & McHenry Counties, IL

Jeff & Jodi Clow

  • We are amazed at how specific God provides for each family we worked with this year.
  • We love our volunteers and their willingness to serve in the scorching heat or the freezing cold. 
  • It has become very evident that we are also here to help ministry families.

Legacy Reentry Foundation

Waukegan, Illinois

George & Regina Moore

  • Legacy became the fiscal agent for two sub-grantee organizations. "Home Away from Home" and Tripple C's NFP.
  • George became a Board Member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), the largest grass roots Mental Health organization in the world.
  • We released our first full length documentary called SCREENSHOT.
