Our volunteers are ready to help you find a parking spot!
They’re actively watching for open spaces and will guide you as you arrive. Please follow their instructions at the entrance for a smooth experience.
If you need a handicapped-accessible spot, just let the volunteer at the entrance know—they’ll make sure you’re directed to the right place.
The main stage is just a short walk down the street, across the Covered Bridge.
Donations Welcome!
There is no charge to park with us today; however, donations are appreciated. Cash donations can be dropped off in the various donation boxes throughout the parking lot. We also accept Venmo (@longgrovechurch) or via Credit Card or your bank through our website.

Apple Fest Hours

The Annual Apple Festival returns to historic downtown Long Grove September 26th-28th, 2025. Attendees of this year’s event are invited to feast on apple goodies and specialty menu items at restaurants and food booths. This family-friendly festival wouldn’t be complete without three days of entertainment, live music, carnival rides, games, and more.

Whether you’re seeking a quick snack, decadent treats, or a sit-down meal, food and beverages can be purchased from an assortment of locations around town during Apple Fest.
Downtown Dining & Drinks
There are 12 brick-and-mortar businesses serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and desserts. Apple lovers will enjoy trying specialty menu items created just for the festival. Restaurant hours may vary from festival hours.
Vendor Booths
The festival also invites an array of Street Vendors and offers Beverage Booths serving menu items like burgers, barbeque, pizza, ice cream, lemonade, beer, wine and so much more.
Shopping
Downtown Shops
Long Grove’s charming and quaint village has been known for its’ unique shopping for decades. More than 20 brick-and-mortar shops await your visit. You’ll find hand-crafted art, home décor, boutiques with clothing and jewelry, vintage items, garden décor, candles, soaps, lotions, chocolates, pies, and so much more. Many shops get into the festival spirit by offering apple-themed merchandise.

Vendor Booths
During our festivals we welcome an assortment of vendors to enhance your shopping experience. You’ll find them located in the Mill Pond area, along Robert Parker Coffin Rd. (east of Old McHenry Rd.) and in Fountain Square where they feature a wide assortment of foods, clothing, home décor and treats.
2025 Hours: Open Friday 12–7 pm; Saturday 10 am–7 pm and Sunday 10 am–6 pm
Carnival
Enjoy endless fun for all ages with rides, games, and more at the classic carnival presented by Fantasy Amusements.
Friday, September 26: 12–9 pm
Saturday, September 27: 11 am–9 pm
Sunday, September 28: 11 am–5 pm
Tickets
Tickets may be purchased online or at the gate each day. Gates accept cash or card payments. General Admission is $7 per day (ages 12 and under are FREE). Discounted admission prices are available when purchasing Three Day Passes ONLINE ONLY.
