As we approach the joyous season of Easter, we invite you to join us at Long Grove Community Church for a meaningful time of worship, reflection, and celebration. We have special events and services planned as we remember the sacrifice Christ made on the cross and celebrate his resurrection.

Journey To The Cross: A Good Friday Experience

Friday April 3rd at 7pm

Good Friday is a time for us to come together and remember Christ's sacrifice for us on the Cross. This year, we will be having a unique experience designed for you to reflect on all that Christ has done.

At 7pm we will have four different times for you to begin your journey. Sign up for one of the following start times at the link below.

  • 7:00 pm (Childcare Available)
  • 7:15 pm 
  • 7:30 pm
  • 7:45 pm

On Good Friday, at your start time, you and the others who signed up for that time will begin your journey. There, you will be assigned a host who will lead you to several locations around the church campus. Some locations will be indoors and others outdoors, so please dress appropriately. Your group will spend around 15-20 minutes at each location reflecting on Christ's journey to the cross. The whole experience should take you about an hour or so. Locations will utilize song, prayer, communion, and a message to bring you along on your journey to the cross. It will truly be a night to remember.

Easter Sunday Sunrise Service

Easter Sunday Sunrise Service

April 5th at 6am in the Historic Sanctuary

Join us for a joyful and sacred Easter Sunrise Service in our historic sanctuary. As the dawn breaks, we will gather to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Through Scripture, prayer, and music, we will reflect on the miracle of Easter morning and the hope we have in Christ. This intimate and meaningful service is a wonderful opportunity to welcome the light of the risen Savior and begin Easter Sunday with hearts full of joy.

Easter Sunday Worship Service

April 5th at 9:30am in the Community House

Celebrate the joy and hope of Easter with us! It will be a time of rejoicing in the resurrection of Jesus Christ through music, inspiring Scripture, and a meaningful message proclaiming our risen Savior's victory.

Come and experience the power of Easter in a warm and welcoming setting as we gather to worship, give thanks, and celebrate the promise of new life in Christ.

Our kids ministry (Legacy Kids) program for birth through 5th grade meets during this time.
